Picking where and who

Please pick the branch you would like to visit, and what type of appointment you need. If you would like to see a particular optician, you can specify this. Once you have done this, you will be able to select which days you would like an appointment.

Appointment Types

Eye Exam
An appointment where we check your spectacle prescription and the health of your eyes in detail.
Contact lens aftercare
An appointment where we check how your contact lenses are fitted and the prescription of them. We also check the health of the front surface of your eyes.

Picking when

Select which parts of which dates and times suit you most by clicking on time intervals displayed in the day selector. You can unselect a time period by clicking on it again. You can also select an entire day by clicking on the day name, e.g. Tuesday, or all available mornings (or lunchtime, afternoons etc) by clicking on the name of the time interval.

You can choose as many, or as few time intervals as you like, but obviously the more times you choose, the greater the choice of appointments will be. Generally, the more flexible you are, the sooner you will be able to get an appointment.

Some time intervals may have nobody available (for instance when the branch is closed) and can't be selected, as will days which have already passed. It is possible to pick a time which doesn't have any free appointments, so if you pick a just one time interval, you may find that no appointments are actually available.

Picking an appointment

Once you have made your selections, press 'Find Appointments' to see a list of appointments. Once the booking has been made, you will see a summary page with all the details on it, which you may want to print out. You will also be sent an email containing all the details (if we have your email address). If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact the branch directly.
